11. Apply two valley-folds of the step #10.   Prepare to unfold two valley-folds that you have just applied.

12. Unfold two valley-folds that you have just applied.   Prepare to apply two "squash-folds" by utilizing the crease lines maded from the step #11.   This is a good opportunity to learn what "squash-fold" is from the instructional link.
