23. Flatten the origami submarine model.   Prepare to rotate the origami submarine model by 45 degrees and then apply a "mountain-fold" .

24. Rotate the origami submarine model by 45 degrees.   Prepare to apply a "valley-fold" (which happens to be the "mountain-fold" of the step #23).
