17. Apply a valley-fold of the step #14.   Make sure to align along the dotted line.   Prepare to rotate the origami star model by 90 degrees in the counter-clockwise direction.

18. Rotate the origami star model by 90 degrees in the counter-clockwise direction.   Prepare to apply another valley-fold.
