03. Apply the valley-fold of the step #2.   Prepare for one mountain-fold and three valley-folds.   Let's define a variable called epsilon as the ratio of the upper height to the total height.   In this example. I am using the epsilon of 1/4.   But you can make of other values like 1/3 or 1/5.

04. Apply the mountain-fold of the step #3 first.   Then apply the three valley-folds.   These set of folds are known as "outside reverse fold" in origami.   Prepare to open the paper.
