21. Pull the left-side layer up.   Prepare to pull the right-side layer up.

22. Pull the right-side layer up.   Prepare to pull the right-side layer up.   We will not apply a "valley-fold" here but we will do it later.   Prepare to rotate the model by 90 degrees.
