37. You can put something like a ring, chocolate, or etc.   Here I put a chocolate inside.   Prepare to pull two horizontal edges following the arrow directions.

38. Pull two horizontal edges following the arrow directions of the step #37.   Here you can use glue to close it completely.   Prepare to rotate the origami heart model by 90 degrees.
