19. Unfold two valley-folds that you have just applied.   You can clearly see two vertical crease lines.   Let's work on the left crease line.   Prepare to apply "closed sink-fold" on the left crease line.   Try to learn how to apply a closed sink-fold from the above link.   If it is too difficult for you to apply a "closed sink-fold" , then you could apply an "open sink-fold" instead.   Prepare to rotate the origami heart model by 90 degrees.

20. Rotate the origami heart model by 90 degrees.   Prepare to pull two edges following the arrow directions.
