01. Let's start with the back side of the paper facing up.   Prepare to valley-fold in half vertically.

02. Valley-fold in half vertically.   Prepare to apply the two valley-folds and one mountain-fold.   You can do this way: (1) apply a valley-fold and then unfold, (2) apply another valley-fold and then unfold, (3) apply mountain-fold and then unfold, (4) now apply two valley-folds and one mountain-fold simultaneously.
