15. Expand the top head by pulling two edges following arrow directions of the step #14.   Prepare to apply a mountain-fold and then a valley-fold.

16. Apply the mountain-fold and the valley-fold of the step #15.   Prepare to compress the origami duck model following the arrow directions.
