15. Turn the origami dress model over.   Prepare to stretch the layer starting from the solid circle following the arrow direction.

16. Stretch the layer starting from the solid circle following the arrow direction of the step #15.   Prepare to stretch the frontmost layer starting from the solid circle following the arrow direction.
