13. Rotate the origami dog model by 45 degrees.   Prepare to apply a valley-fold.

14. Apply the valley-fold of the step #13.   The flat-fold will be automatically followed while applying the valley-fold of the step #13.   Prepare to rotate both the jaw and the tail a little following the arrow directions.
