01. Let us start with a "calyx base" .   The calyx-base is similar to the "bird base" but it is skinnier.   Try to study the above link to make a calyx base.   Prepare to apply a horizontal "valley-fold" .

02. Apply the horizontal "valley-fold" of the step #1.   Prepare to apply two valley-folds.
