19. Apply the horizontal "valley-fold" of the step #18.   Prepare to pull the layers #2 out such that the layers #2 are in front of the layer #1.

20. Pull the layers #2 out such that the layers #2 are in front of the layer #1.   Prepare to rotate the origami cup model by 180 degrees.
