15. Apply the "mountain-fold" of the step #14.   YOu have just completed applying 270 degrees "valley-fold" of the step #15.   Prepare to rotate the model by 90 degrees.

16. Rotate the model by 90 degrees.   Prepare to apply an "inside reverse-fold" .
