01. Let's start with a "calyx base" .   The calyx-base is similar to the "bird base" but it is skinnier.   Try to make a calyx-base from the above link.   Prepare to lift the front layer up.

02. Lift the front layer up.   Prepare to apply two vertical valley-folds.
