13. Apply the "open sink-fold" of the step #12.   Prepare to rotate the origami cow model by 90 degrees.

14. Rotate the origami cow model by 90 degrees.   Make sure that you have properly applied a "open sink-fold" as shown on the left.   Prepare to rotate the origami cow model by 90 degrees.
