15. Complete applying the "valley-fold" and the flat-fold while applying the "pleat-fold" of the step #13.   Prepare to apply a "valley-fold" .

16. Apply the "valley-fold" of the step #15.   Prepare to rotate the origami chair model by 180 degrees.
