15. Turn the origami stealth model over.   Prepare to apply two valley-folds only on the front-most layer and then unfold.

16. Apply two valley-folds of the step #15 only on the front-most layer and then unfold.   Prepare to apply two mountain-folds only on the front-most layer and then unfold.
